Instructions:
In a medium sauce pan melt the butter on medium heat. Add hot sauce, whisk and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add corn starch, stir to thicken.
Chop the chicken breast into 2 inch chunks and cook in a fry pan on high heat with some vegetable oil to crisp up both sides.
Combine chicken chunks and hot sauce, toss and let stand for 2 minutes.
