GRANDMA'S COOKING WITH MARIJUANA CREATION STORY
Hello and welcome to my cooking with marijuana recipes website. I am Grandma George, 75 years young as of the year 2011, mother of three boys, and grandmother of nine. I have lived all my life on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. All three of my children, their friends and other family members use cannabis. I am very open minded on the 420 subject. One day in the year 1975 I noticed one of my sons sprinkling something on his morning toast. It was a very potent ground up marijuana buds. He used a new coffee grinder to grind up the pot and was left with crystals. I loved the pungent smell and thought it was a cooking herb. My son described what it really was and I decided to experiment with it. I learned the best method for cooking with marijuana is to extract THC and throw away the pulp. I made marijuana butter for my son. Now there is a delicious marijuana butter sitting in the fridge. He says "My morning toast is a dream, thanks mom".
One day shortly after, my son gave me a small supply of dry cannabis and I proceeded to make marijuana cookies, brownies and snacks. Friends and relatives were the taste testers at the time of my cooking marijuana. Everyone loved the smooth tastes I came up with, not to mention a great buzz to go along with it. I was learning how to cook with marijuana. I went as far as making a bigger plate of snacks which consisted of marijuana cookies, weed brownies, cannabis banana bread, Amaretto baked cheese cake, chocolate covered marijuana buds, sour cream coffee cake, and hot buttered cannabis rum. What a party that night, the people were so happy and I know I walked around with the biggest smile of all. I soon began getting orders for cooking marijuana recipes into cookies, snacks and bread, "If I buy marijuana will you make some of your recipes?". It was then I began to realized the proper amounts of THC per recipe needed for a good effect without overdoing it, depended on how good the pot was to begin with.
Then came medical cannabis experiments with marijuana cooking for a friend called Grandma Hill, who was going through cancer radiation treatment. A doctor prescribed cannabis for the pain, nausea, and mental trauma associated with the disease. Grandma Hill doesn't smoke, so together we made up quite a few delicious main course meals containing THC. We figured out the tastiest recipes to extract the THC. My friend was able to eat marijuana and get through the treatment. Without cooking with marijuana she would have had a very hard time. Eating marijuana is healthier and the effects last longer, than when smoked. I have a bad back and eating marijuana eases the pain and helps me sleep better. What a joy it is to wake up pain free after a good nights sleep.
The overwhelming good reaction to my marijuana cooking has lead me to write down the recipes before I am gone from this world. My CD online marijuana cook book will lead you into a world of culinary delights with boiling, baking, sautéing, frying and seasoning psychoactive main courses, drinks, desserts and snacks. Not only will I pass on my cooking with cannabis recipes, I reveal the technical do's and don'ts you need to know to extract and consume THC. I believe I present to you accurate and up to date information and techniques. The marijuana recipes are great for parties, family functions and everyday meals. Medical marijuana is fast becoming reality all over the world, including the USA. Everyone should have choices concerning how to consume marijuana.
